Letter from CEO - Gareth Jones
Dear Sir/Madam,
Since 1985, I have been committed to providing an excellent service to all our clients and to constantly improve on the service we can deliver to you. As part of our constant drive for improvement, I am excited and pleased to announce that we have become a part of AFH Financial Group Limited, one of the UK’s largest independent financial advice companies.
It is very much business as usual with no change to your existing adviser or administration team who will continue to provide the high level of service that you have come to expect from us.
Who are AFH?
AFH is a leading financial advice firm led for over 30 years by its founder, Alan Hudson, a Chartered Financial Planner. Due to their success in providing the highest levels of advice and service, AFH today looks after more than £8 billion of client assets and they are headquartered in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. They have 200 advisers and 12 office hubs across the UK with A&J now in place as one of those hubs.
This means we are able to take advantage of AFH’s scale and access a wider range of services and resources, including technical helpdesks, enhanced research, administration and regulatory support.
Going Forward
Our integration means that we’ll be shortly rebranding as AFH Wealth Management Cookham. I will continue as CEO of A&J as a subsidiary of AFH and I will be leading the integration along with the existing A&J team. We’ll be staying in our current office although it will have new signage and there will also be an updated website and new email addresses.
We’ll keep you informed as we move under the AFH Wealth Management umbrella and are always on hand to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to supporting your continued financial wellbeing.
